Chili Lime Grilled Corn

Buttery, smokey corn with a light citrus flare. This is the perfect addition to anything you’re cookin’ up on the grill!

  1. Prep the corn. Without removing the husk, pull out all of the corn silk. Return the husk back around the ear of corn. Place all four ears in a large dish and cover with water to soak 1-3 hours before grilling.

  2. Butter and season. Again pull back the husk. Generously apply 2 Tbsp. of butter to ear of corn. Then, season with Nash Dust with Lime and salt to taste. Pull husk back down around corn. You can also wrap in foil, but you can choose not to.

  3. Grill. Place corn on preheated grill and cook over medium heat. Cook 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. The husk will blacken as it cooks.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
