Two Heads Hot Sauce

Hot Cocoa Brownies

Soft, gooey, chocolatey... need we say more? Two Head Strawberry Serrano hot sauce adds a subtle heat that will take your brownies to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 1/8c. granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. Two Heads Strawberry Serrano sauce

  • 1/2 c.all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix butter, oil, and sugar well with wisk. Add eggs, vanilla, and Two Heads Strawberry Serrano.

  3. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt into a small bowl.

  4. Fold flour mixture into wet ingredients, and mix well.

  5. Pour batter into 8"pan and bake about 18-22 minutes.

TIP: Don't overcook these brownies. Pull out of the oven as soon as the toothpick comes out clean.
