Ingredients
1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/8c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 Tbsp. Two Heads Strawberry Serrano sauce
1/2 c.all-purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, mix butter, oil, and sugar well with wisk. Add eggs, vanilla, and Two Heads Strawberry Serrano.
Sift flour, cocoa, and salt into a small bowl.
Fold flour mixture into wet ingredients, and mix well.
Pour batter into 8"pan and bake about 18-22 minutes.
TIP: Don't overcook these brownies. Pull out of the oven as soon as the toothpick comes out clean.
