Ingredients
2 Tbsp. salted butter
2 Tbsp. Two Heads Hot Honey
16 oz. corn, frozen
2 oz. cream cheese, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter and honey over medium-high heat. Once melted add the corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir together and let it cook another 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Once cream cheese is melted through, serve and enjoy!
