Ingredients
1 medium jicama, peeled
2 tsp. Avocado Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nash Dust seasoning, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Peel jicama and thinly slice into fries.
Toss in 2 tsp. of oil and season with Nash Dust, salt, and pepper.
Spread out on baking sheet or stone and bake about 30-35 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time.
