Two Heads Hot Sauce

P.S. Skillet Cheesesteak

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided

  • 1.5 lb. Tender Sirloin, cut into strips

  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped

  • 1 orange bell pepper, remove seeds/ribs and slice

  • 1 green bell pepper, remove seeds/ribs and slice

  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced

  • 6 slices provolone cheese

    The Special Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. Two Heads P.S. Heat

  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1 tsp. sriracha

  • 3 Tbsp. sugar-free ketchup

Directions

  1. Warm oven to 400ºF. Cut steak and chop veggies, set aside.

  2. To prepare The Special Sauce with our P.S. Heat, combine all ingredients. Mix well and set aside.

  3. Heat 1 Tbsp. EVOO in large skillet on med-high heat. Brown steak strips. Remove from skillet, cover and set aside.

  4. Reduce heat to med-low. Add green onion to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Remove from skillet, add to the meat set aside.

  5. Add 1 Tbsp. EVOO to skillet and cook bell peppers until softened and lightly browned.

  6. Move peppers to side of skillet and add garlic. Cook about 30 seconds. Add the Special Sauce, mix into cooking veggies. Return meat and onions to skillet.

  7. Top with provolone cheese and broil in the oven for about 3-4 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
