Two Heads Hot Sauce

Scorpanero Buffalo Dip

Hold on to your hat because this dip is HOT! Take your buffalo dip to the next level with Two Heads Tri-Star Scorpanero hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup of Two Heads Tri-Star Scorpanero (more/less to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic

  • 2 cups cooked chicken

  • 8oz block cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 teaspoons green onions, sliced (or chives)

  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. In an 8-inch cast-iron skillet or ovenproof pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and Two Heads Tri-Star Scorpanero and simmer until sauce has thickened and reduced by half (about 2 minutes).

  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese; mix until combined. Take off heat, stir through sour cream and top with both cheddar cheese(s) over the top.

  4. Bake until bubbling around edges and cheese has melted (about 10 min). Broil (or grill) 1 minute to brown on top.

  5. Garnish with blue cheese and green onions. Serve with vegetable sticks, chips, crusty bread pieces for dipping.
